The NAWCAD WOLF ATC&LS Division, under the organic Lead Systems Integrator model, requires services and hardware for lifecycle support of the AN/SPN-50(V) Shipboard Air Traffic Radar, including overhaul, field and depot management, logistics, inventory and failure data reporting, software/cyber analysis, ECPs, engineering/technical support, installation/integration, and program management. The Government intends to negotiate a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement with Saab, Inc., East Syracuse, New York, and issue an initial task order under it. The anticipated BOA would have a five-year ordering period, with award anticipated in March 2027 and performance from March 2027 through March 2032. Service task orders are anticipated to include CPFF and FFP CLINs plus cost-reimbursement ODCs, while hardware delivery orders are anticipated to use FFP CLINs. Interested sources may submit capability statements so the Government can assess whether another responsible source can satisfy the requirements; this is a Sources Sought for informational and market-research purposes, not a solicitation.
