PMA-261, the H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters program office under DPAE(A-MCA), supports CH-53E, MH-53E, and CH-53K variants whose missions include cargo/troop lift, tactical recovery of aircraft, and external lift of heavy equipment and supplies. The contractor will provide program/project management, administrative, budget/financial management, and corporate operations support to PMA-261 Integrated Product Teams to help plan, execute, and manage assigned programs/efforts for on-time, within-budget delivery of critical capabilities. Performance requires Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access, although no TS/SCI deliverables are required and contract deliverables will not be classified at the SCI level; SCI will be used and accessed only as part of routine work. A Top Secret Facility Security Clearance Level is required, and the Prime Offeror must fulfill this requirement.
