E6B In-Flight Trainer (IFT) Aircraft FY26-FY31
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, MD, intends to procure flight hours using a contractor-owned, government-operated Boeing 737-Next Generation series aircraft for pilot proficiency and training. The requirement is a 100% set-aside for SBA-certified 8(a) Program Participants. The contract will be a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity type with a four-year and 364-day ordering period. The contract is expected to be awarded in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. The work involves all labor, material, and services to maintain and support the aircraft.
