This is a fair opportunity Request for Offer for technical development, design, prototyping, integration, and testing support for the Naval Avionics Platform Integration Emulator (NAPIE). The competition is unrestricted but is limited to qualified businesses that currently hold an awarded Multiple Award Contract under the RAPID MAC effort for Pool Six. The work will be performed for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Webster Outlying Field.
