This notice indicates the government’s intent to award a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Wasson under simplified acquisition procedures, as Wasson is the only direct manufacturer source. Offerors must be registered in SAM to be considered for any DoD contract. This is not a request for competitive quotes, and the government may decide not to compete based on responses. If another vendor responds, it must be an authorized Wasson distributor capable of maintaining the Wasson warranty. The government will not pay for information received.
