The Government intends to make a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award to PARRAID LLC for a Cloud Migration and AI Readiness Study of the Omega Software Suite. Offerors must be authorized Omega Software Suite distributors/resellers and submit brand-name quotes only. Items must be new and TAA compliant, with quotes covering all items or none. Offers must include the Section K certification regarding delinquent tax liability or felony conviction, and the initial quote should represent the best price and technical acceptability. Award will be based on the lowest aggregate firm-fixed-price brand-name quote.
