The U.S. Government intends to award a firm fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Colibrium Additive under FAR Parts 12 and 13, with no substitutions and all products required to be new. Interested parties may identify their interest or submit proposals, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals and any decision to compete is at the Government’s discretion. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV and must submit signed documentation verifying they are an authorized distributor. Award will be made to the lowest firm fixed-price quotation meeting all requirements in Section B of the attached SF-18.
