The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to SAAB Inc., but will consider all proposals received. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must be OEM-approved resellers/distributors, with signed OEM verification submitted. The government may choose not to compete the contract based on responses and will not pay for any information received. Performance will be at the Webster Outlying Field ATC&LS Division.
