This is a brand name procurement for EIZO items on a firm fixed-price basis, with no substitutions accepted. Offerors must be registered in SAM and be authorized distributors/resellers, providing an official letter of authorization from the OEM. Quotes must be TAA compliant, include country of origin, and provide sufficient technical information for evaluation. The award will be made to the lowest evaluated price meeting the acceptability standards. Vendors must also include FOB, shipping costs, IUID labeling costs, tax ID, UEID, cage code, small business status, estimated delivery date, and total amount in their response.
