The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to CHELL under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. CHELL is available only directly from the manufacturer. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but the government may use responses to determine whether to compete the requirement. Any other vendor responding must be an authorized CHELL distributor and able to maintain the CHELL warranty.
