This is an intent to sole source a firm fixed-price purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures to BAE, as the item is only available directly from the manufacturer. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and the government may decide not to compete based on responses received. The government will not pay for any information provided in response. If another vendor wishes to submit a response, they must be an authorized BAE distributor and be able to uphold the BAE warranty.
