The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Skurka Aerospace Inc. under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. To be eligible, offerors must be registered in SAM and must be approved resellers/distributors verified by the OEM, including signed OEM documentation. Respondents should provide requested business and shipping information such as FOB, shipping cost, Tax ID, UEID, CAGE code, business size, applicable GSA/SEWP contract number, estimated delivery time, published price list, and total quote price. The Government will not pay for information received and retains discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
