The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses to support various programs, including Information Systems, Unmanned Systems, and Cyber Security. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses, and the government will not issue a formal Request for Proposal; instead, interested companies must submit qualifications and a capabilities statement. Performance of services will primarily be FOB Destination to St. Inigoes, MD, though other locations may be specified per individual orders. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and individual call orders cannot exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for commercial services up to $9M. Prospective vendors must submit requested documentation within 90 days of the posting, with submissions accepted on a rolling basis throughout the BPA program's lifetime.
