The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses to support various programs, including Information Systems, Unmanned Systems, and Cyber Security. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses, and the government intends to award BPAs on a rolling basis, with submissions accepted within the next 90 days. Performance of services will primarily be FOB Destination to St. Inigoes, MD, though other locations may be specified per individual order. Individual call orders under the BPA shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for commercial products or services, up to $9 million. Interested parties must provide their Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier, capabilities statement, and, if applicable, an approved DD Form 2345 for export-controlled drawings.
