The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses to support various programs, including Information Systems, Unmanned Systems, and Cyber Security. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses, and interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement, Cage Code, and Unique Entity Identifier, along with a DD Form 2345 if seeking access to export-controlled drawings. Performance of services will primarily be FOB Destination to St. Inigoes, MD, though other locations may be specified per individual order. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and individual call orders are capped at the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for commercial services up to $9M. Vendors can submit responses on a rolling basis within the first 90 days, with periodic re-synopses to add new participants.
