The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Marvin Test Solutions, Inc. under FAR Part 13. The solicitation is conducted on a brand-name basis, and all interested parties must submit a brand-name quote. To be considered, offerors must be registered in SAM and must be an authorized distributor, with quotes accompanied by an authorized reseller certificate. Quotes must include technical information, a published price list, historical data, a distributor letter, Cage Code, POC email, lead time, and a grand total amount, and will be evaluated on an all-or-none basis. All responses must be submitted via email to the specified Navy address.
