Solicitation N0042126Q1055 is issued as a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price quote that is technically acceptable. If two or more quotes are equal the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
