This is a Sole Source to Dell Federal Systems L.P. due to other vendors can supply the base model Dell Pro 14 Rugged RB14250 with the same part number, however these particular labtops are required to meet a unique combination of requirements for interoperability and commonality within the existing AN/GRN-33(V) ILS System infrastructure while maintaining cybersecurity requirements. The requested laptops are required for Indra’s Model 2237 Portable Integrated Receiver (PIR), which is part of the already fielded and tested AN/GRN-33(V) ILS System. These can only be customized by Dell Federal Systems L.P. directly. Solicitation N0042126Q1018 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Dell Federal Systems L.P., Dell Pro Rugged 14 Laptops under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. However, all proposals received by 3:00 pm (EST) on 7 November 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
