The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Ashland Electric Products Inc, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. 52.211-15 DEFENSE PRIORITY AND ALLOCATION REQUIREMENTS (APR 2008) This is a DX rated order certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and the Contractor shall follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulations (15 CFR 700).
