The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with IRIS Technology Corporation Inc. for Power Manager Kits and Cables for items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with IRIS Technology Corporation Inc. Vendors must be IRIS Technology Corporation Inc. Inc. authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered.
