The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATC&LS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
