The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Howell Laboratories Inc. for Air Control Panels P/N: 4870-G531 Rev 3 items listed. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Howell Laboratories Inc.a Small Business. Vendors must be a Howell Laboratories Inc authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 08 January 2025 . A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
