The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) division has a requirement for solicitation N0042125Q0027 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Microwave Engineering Corporation (MEC) for Horn Antenna Groove Modifications items listed in the solicitation attached, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be authorized distributor of Microwave Engineering Corporation (MEC). Must submit documentation that you are authorized distributor with response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
