The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ITT Enidine Inc. for shock isolators (P/N: HR80091) items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be authorized distributor of ITT Enidine Inc. Must submit documentation that you are authorized distributor with response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 October 2024. A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
