The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Cortron, Inc for Model 121 Rugged Backlit Keyboards for AN/SYY-1(V), under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
