This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Radiodetection Air-Gas Desiccant Driers, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. See attached RFQ. This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Your quote must be received before 5:00 pm on 19 November 2024 in order to be considered.
