The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The Pulsed Laser Rackmount must be P/N 1064nm Nanosecond Pulsed Laser Bench to ensure compatibility, and functionality.
