This is a notice to Sole Source to GP 50 NEW YORK, LTD. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The program is already using this manufacturer’s pressure transducer in this test area. Using ones from another company would require rewiring our current configuration in order to operate properly. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
