The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source to SIEMENS GOVERNMENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. PLM Division for LMS Software Support under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. A statement was provided by the COO of Siemens LMS. Siemens LMS holds the intellectual property rights and that Siemens is the only company that has been granted rights for LMS productions/support in the U.S. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
