Solicitation N0042124T0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for GibbsCAM Software. The OEM is CAMCO. Without GibbsCAM, the program would not have the necessary software to complete tasks resulting in incomplete projects. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 15 December 2023. If you are quoting you MUST be an authorized distributor; Award will be made on an all or none basis.
