This is a notice to Sole Source to HGL DYNAMICS, INC. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The support and maintenance of the hardware and software can only be provided by the OEM (HGL DYNAMICS, INC.) of the hardware and software. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
