This is a notice to Sole Source to IET Labs, Inc under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. IET Labs, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment listed above and is the only OEM authorized to repair these units. Repair is required because we lack the capability to repair these units inhouse. These units are repairable/calibrated only by IET Labs, Inc. because IET Labs, Inc. holds proprietary rights to the design of modules that are required to repair/calibrate the problem. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-24-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
