This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Structures Division of the Air Vehicle Department, AB2200 (formerly AIR 4.3.3), Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in support of aircraft structural life monitoring and air vehicle airworthiness certification. Tasks fall into three technical areas: Structural Appraisal of Fatigue Effects (SAFE) Program, Strength Engineering, and Loads and Dynamics Engineering support.
