Please submit proposals by 23 September 2024 at 14:00 PM EST. 26 August 2024: THIS NOTIFICATION IS BEING MADE TO PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SCHEDULING AND MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. There is a ROMM Site Visit being held on 04 September 2024. There will be a tour of buildings 8115, 8185, and 8105 (schedule below). No questions or comments will be asked or responded to during and from these tours. Schedule as follows: - Building 8185 from 0930-1000 - Building 8105 from 1000 -1030 - Building 8115 from 1030-1100 Attendees: Each company or joint venture is limited to two (2) attendees. Registration Instructions: Registration is required. To register for the event, complete, and then email the attached registration form labeled “ROMM Registration Form” to the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this announcement by August 30, 2024 at 1600 with a subject line that states “ROMM Site Visit.” A completed registration form should contain the name of the company, business size (under NAICS 541330), CAGE code, and the name(s), phone number(s), and email address(es) for the proposed attendees (up to two (2) attendees only), and base access need. Base Access: Base access is required for this event. If the attendee(s) does not have base access, please indicate this in the respective field on the ROMM Registration Form, complete the attached base access form labeled “Base Access Form”, and then send to the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this announcement by August 30, 2024 at 1600. A WOLF civilian will contact the attendee(s) to assist. The Government will not accept any changes to attendees that require base access after August 30, 2024 at 1600.
