Solicitation N0042124Q0281 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source to S & P Global Market Intelligence LLC. This is an annual renewal. No other company can provide the information that S&P Global provides. Additional information provided includes company structure, competitors, corporate timelines, mergers and acquisition activity, corporate family tree, conference call transcripts, ownership, customers, suppliers and news. Capital IQ delivers a timesaving research tool that allows our analysts to find information quicker than combing through free financial websites, company websites and company annual/quarterly reports. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
