Quantity requested for CLIN 0001 is 5,040 pieces (EA) and CLIN 0002 is 1,120 pieces (EA.) Solicitation N0042124Q0267 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Roxtec Blocks, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This is a brand name purchase, no substitues will be accepted at this time. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Your quote must be received before 5:00 pm on 3 June 2024 in order to be considered. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.
