Solicitation N00421-24-Q-0260 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. This is a notice to Sole Source to PKCA under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requested load banks must be PKCA equipment to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and avoid the costs of certifying other equipment, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 . Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. See Attached RFQ. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
