The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with King Nutronics, Corp. for item: Well Assembly under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-24-Q-0194) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code, published price list and previous award. Please include any reinstatement fees and grand total amount. Award all or none. The Government intends to award this on a Sole Source basis.
