The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis with Keysight Technologies, Inc, under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Man.agement (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov his on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 pm on 05 MAR 2024. If you are quoting, you MUST be an authorized distributor. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated. substitutes are not acceptable. Must be OEM. Award will be made on an all or none basis. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to benjamin.r.flores3.civ@us.navy.mil. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number N0042124Q0159 on your quote. It must be a Keysight product, no substitutions and must be an authorized reseller and must show proof.
