Solicitation N0042124Q0114 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Access Professional Inc. for Ensight Technologies brand name software and support service items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The basis for restricting competition is for the following reason: Access Professional is the only source Authorized to provide Ensight Technologies Brand Name Software and support service fee. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Access Professional Inc. Vendors must be Access Professional Inc. authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 20 February 2024. A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
