Solicitation N0042123T0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part52.219-6. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for the Atlassian Software Upgrade. Atlassian tool suite is a program requirement that offers unique capabilities for management, scrum tracking, and documentation within the Integrated Development Environment. These specific tools, along with various plugins associated, allows ADT to effectively manage development and program milestones. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 23 August 2023.
