This is a notice to Sole Source to STARDOG UNION, INC. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Stardog is a requirement by the customers to support their software engineering projects. These projects, spanning multiple classifications, are driven by the proprietary Stardog software. Stardog software provides an enterprise knowledge graph platform, to provide data fabric and cohesively between digital thread prototyping efforts. Stardog is one of one in its capabilities, making this a Sole Source purchase. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
