This is a notice to Sole Source to the OEM North Atlantic Industries, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Repair & Calibration of MODEL: 5300S3412A Synchro Resolver, Qty 2 North Atlantic Industries is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment listed above and is the only OEM authorized to repair and/or calibrate these units. Repair and/or calibration is required because we lack the capability to repair and/or calibrate these units in house. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
