The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with KLDISCOVERY ONTRACK, LLC, to procure onsite evaluation and repair. KLDISCOVERY OnTrack is uniquely suited to provide the expertise and aptitude to resolve the issue with our Dell/EMC VNX5300 NAS units. They specialize in these systems and possess proprietary, custom data recovery tools which they will employ when onsite. They will have a dedicated and certified "data recovery engineer" onsite, and his/her support team standing by, if needed. KLDISCOVERY OnTrack is an authorized Dell ProSupport partner, and highly recommended for this type of service, with 35+ years of experience.
