The Government anticipates award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will have an ordering period of 4 years and 364 days. The proposal submission deadline is Monday, 10 June 2024 at 1400 Eastern Time (ET). All volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Intergrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.

For purposes of pricing the contractor shall price the following three years for the effort in the matrix below. The pricing shall not exceed the last proposed/awarded year of effort under the current contract after applying Global Insights for the following years escalation (i.e. Global insights FY24 escalation is 2.4%) to be considered for a follow on sole source contract.
