This amendment provides an updated solicitation which is formally numbered as Amendment 0001. The following actions were taken when updating the solicitation: 1. Removal of the Electrical Engineer - Senior (KEY) labor category 2. The Engineers, All Other (Non-Key) labor category was increase by One(1) FTE 3. The required experience section under Labor Qualification descriptions within Section C has been updated to be less restrictive for both remaining labor categories. 4. The requirement for a small business subcontracting plan (previously aligned to Annex 1) and all associated clauses have been removed from this solicitation. 5. Attachment C1 - Cost Workbook has been updated to align with new labor category requirements. 6. The proposal due date has been extended to 8/17/2023***AMENDMENT 0005*** the purpose of this amendment is to update the period of performance dates for each CLIN within section F and to add Attachment #5 to Section J which is the DD Form 254.***AMENDMENT 0006*** The purpose of this amendment is to update/correct the table in Section L, 3.4.1 to reflect current labor category and hour requirements.
