The purpose of this Amendment is to change to a Small Business Set Aside and extend closing to 9.15.23 @3:00PM Eastern Time. *************************************************************************************** The purpose of this Amendment is to extend closing to allow vendors more time to quote. **************************************************************************************** Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 10 August 2023. Solicitation N0042123Q0456 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Airbus DS Government Solutions, Inc. for items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part12 and FAR Part 13. BRAND NAME ONLY. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Vendor must be Authorized Distributor. *YOU MUST SUBMIT SIGNED DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT. Items must be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. ***Instructions to Offerors*** You must provide response to Fill Clauses listed in Section K with your response. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
