The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a brand name basis for Cubic Corporation and Curtiss-Wright Corporation, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1).
