The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Supplynet,Inc. for Radio Cables (P/N: SN-1195 and SN-1194) items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
