The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Wind River for VxWorks Annual Support & Maintenance Renewals for AN/SPN-46 (P/N: 500-181054, 535-186273, 500-180908, and 535-103796 )items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be authorized distributor of Wind River. Must submit documentation that you are authorized distributor with response.
